  • Yes, Ros Geal has a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the whole house.

  • Yes, please bring your own towels, sheets & duvet cover. You will be provided with pillows and a duvet

  • There is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

  • The house is open 24/7 to all current residents.

  • There is no problem with staying overnight elsewhere.

  • Yes, we have a space at the back of the house where you can park.

  • Yes, we have a shed at the back with room for some bikes.

  • Parcels, boxes and letters can be posted to you here.

  • Ros Geal provides accommodation for female students. We also advertise public events to which all friends are welcome.

  • You are responsible for your guest. They must be signed in/out for meals and follow all regulations while here.

  • All activities of a cultural, social and spiritual nature are optional.

  • Yes. High-quality dinner is prepared by our Catering team from Monday to Friday. Breakfast and lunch foods are available for you to make your own and eat when desired.

  • Dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, sandwich maker and toaster. Residents are asked not to have kitchen appliances inside their bedrooms.

  • Yes, you will have access to dry food and cold food storage.

  • For health and safety reasons all food is left in the dry food and cold food storage area. Residents respect each other’s food items so you will always have access to it.

  • Not all dietary requirements can be catered for. However, you can supply required food and store them on site.

  • All our bedrooms are single bedrooms; there is no option for shared rooms.

  • Yes, as long as you return it to its original state when you check out. If not, damage charges will apply.

  • You are! Cleaning supplies are available for you to use.

  • Household Services staff clean the communal areas. We ask that everyone leaves communal areas clean and tidy after they use them.

  • Our building is smoke-free but you’re welcome to smoke outside the house.

  • Yes, you can recommend us to your friends as long as everyone applies to Ros Geal individually.

  • Yes, Ros Geal is a Catholic University Residence. We have a Chaplain available for students. All spiritual activities organised in Ros Geal are completely optional and are attended by people who are resident and not resident in Ros Geal. The pastoral care is entrusted to Opus Dei, an organisation of the Catholic Church. Members of Opus Dei live in Ros Geal and volunteer their time to run Ros Geal. www.opusdei.ie
