Terms of Use

Students enter into agreement to occupy the residence for the entire 36 week period and are liable for all costs during this time. 
 
Applications are accepted for the academic year excluding the Christmas holiday period.

Students who leave the residence during the academic year forfeit their booking deposit and all fees paid are not refunded.

 

If a student wishes to vacate the residence after one semester without incurring fees, notice in writing must be made to the management before the 2nd moiety is due.

 

One semester occupancy is subject to availability. 

 

Ros Geal is closed for two weeks during the Christmas break. 

 

Students may leave their belongings in their rooms during this time.   

All rooms must be vacated at the end of the academic year, even if a student will return the following autumn.
