Applications from students entering first year are not encouraged. These applications will be processed on a case by case basis (space permitting) if the student can demonstrate herself to be academically focused with past experience of living independently.​

Ros Geal Team will contact you to arrange a tour of the premises and a short interview.

Step 3

If the student is accepted, a deposit of €300 is due immediately to secure your place

What is included?

  • Single rooms

  • WIFI connection in every room

  • All utilities (electricity, gas, and waste charges) 

  • Full catering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) 

  • Coffee/tea dock with a kettle, microwave & mini-fridge 

  • Laundry (coin-operated washer and dryer)

  • Daily cleaning service of public areas

  • Duvet and pillows (students  provide their own bed linen and towels)
